Irewole Akande is a product leader, AI strategist, and multi-venture founder committed to building tools that reduce friction in complex human systems. He leads product on the Knowledge and Leadership team at Microsoft Viva Engage, shaping expert-verified AI experiences used by more than fifty million people.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded City Health Tech, a public health technology company focused on behavior change and data-informed wellness. He built Exelita to bring structure, clarity, and professional-grade tools to one of the most confusing parts of the immigration journey.

Richard founded akaani Inc., an AI driven platform that generated personalized meal plans based on user health needs. At Exelita, he leads evidence strategy and the creation of structured frameworks that make complex immigration petitions clearer and easier to execute.
