Irewole Akande is a product leader, AI strategist, and multi-venture founder committed to building tools that reduce friction in complex human systems. He leads product on the Knowledge and Leadership team at Microsoft Viva Engage, shaping expert-verified AI experiences used by more than fifty million people.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded City Health Tech, a public health technology company focused on behavior change and data-informed wellness. He built Exelita to give immigration firms and serious petitioners the same infrastructure that powers complex, high-stakes workflows at enterprise scale.
