1. Nature of Service

Exelita is a technology platform, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or attorney-client privilege. The tools are for self-help use only.

Our platform provides document preparation tools, templates, and guidance to help you organize and draft your visa petition materials. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide and the final submission to USCIS or any other government authority.

2. AI Disclaimer

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence to assist in drafting. AI can produce errors. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all outputs before submission to any government authority.

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI-generated content, the technology is not infallible. All AI-generated text, recommendations, and suggestions must be carefully reviewed by you or your legal counsel before being included in any official submission.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Exelita provides tools to structure your petition. We do not guarantee approval by USCIS. Immigration outcomes depend on government adjudication.

The approval or denial of your visa petition is entirely at the discretion of USCIS and other government agencies. Exelita bears no responsibility for the outcome of your petition, regardless of how our tools are used.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our proprietary tools and templates, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the paid workspace is granted.

When you purchase access to Exelita's platform, you gain immediate access to our digital tools, templates, and AI features. Because of the nature of digital goods and the immediate access provided, all purchases are non-refundable.

5. Petition Credits and Included Documents

Each paid petition includes seven recommendation letters and two immigration CVs for the applicant on that petition. The allowance belongs to that petition and cannot be moved to another petition or another applicant. Revising a document you have already created does not use another one. Recommendation letters and CVs bought on their own, without a petition, are separate purchases and do not add to a petition's allowance. Petitions purchased under earlier terms keep the allowance they were purchased with.

Law firms pay for petitions with petition credits. One credit activates one petition for one client. The price of a credit depends on how many are bought in a single purchase and is shown before payment. Credits belong to the firm that bought them, are shared across that firm's team, and do not expire.

Activating a petition uses one credit. Deleting or abandoning a petition does not return its credit. Purchased credits are subject to the Refund Policy in Section 4. If you believe a credit was used or charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

The firm is responsible for payment for its clients' petitions. A firm's clients are not charged by Exelita. Credits that Exelita grants without charge, such as a firm's first petition, work the same way as purchased credits.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Exelita, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Review all generated content before submission
• Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exelita and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Service

Exelita reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
